Specification

1. Size limits: maximum – 7.5″ * 7.5″ / minimum – 0.3″ * 0.3″
2. Engraving area: If there is a sewing groove, it needs to be at least 3-3.5MM.
3. Minimum text size: The minimum line width of the text is around 0.2-0.3MM, and the minimum text size is about 2-3MM.
4. Minimum element size: Actual graphic reference is needed, as the minimum width achievable varies for different shapes.

6. Backing: Hot melt adhesive & 3M adhesive & Velcro
7. Limitations of adhesive backing:
   • Hot melt adhesive: Suitable for fabrics that can withstand a temperature of 80-100°C and a pressing time of 8-12 seconds.
   • 3M adhesive: After applying 3M adhesive to PU embossed leather labels, it is generally used for adhering to metal hardware and is not suitable for adhering to fabrics. No pressing is required after adhering to metal hardware.
8. Instructions for using hot melt adhesive: Generally, a low-temperature hot melt film is used, with a temperature of 80-100°C and a pressing time of 8-12 seconds (specific adjustments are needed based on the fabric).
